Our flagship offer. A 12-week cohort-based development programme for 10–20 managers, designed for scale-ups investing in sustainable leadership.

Zoah Unscripted.
A reflective space for managers navigating pressure
Zoah Unscripted is an intimate in person experience designed for managers working in fast paced and emotionally demanding environments.
While most leadership conversations focus on frameworks and performance metrics, Zoah Unscripted creates space to explore the human side of leadership that often goes unspoken: pressure, self doubt, responsibility and the psychological weight of leading others.
Through honest conversation, behavioural insight, creative performances and guided reflection, participants are invited to pause, step back from the pace of work and think more intentionally about how they lead.
Zoah Unscripted is not a networking event or a traditional workshop. It is a space for managers to reflect, reconnect with their leadership approach and leave with practical tools for navigating pressure more effectively.
